AATCC Foundation Textile Design Scholarship — $2,000
Overview
This $2,000 award supports undergraduate study in textile design and closely related programs.
Who is eligible
- Rising freshmen or current undergraduate students
- Enrolled at a college or university in the United States
- Pursuing coursework or a program in textile design or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card)
Recipients may apply to receive funding for a second year.
How applications are evaluated
- Evidence of steady academic progress toward the intended degree
- Demonstrated financial need
- Relevant work experience and employment history (including internships)
Deadline and notification
- Application deadline: February 28, 2026
- Applicants will be informed of award decisions by early summer
Application materials (required)
- Resume or a letter outlining work experience (internships should be included)
- Personal statement describing your background, goals, financial need, and any concerns; please emphasize your intended career after graduation if you have decided on one
- A copy of your most recent academic transcript
