Barowsky Scholars
Scholarship Sponsored by The Philanthropic Initiative
Introduction
The Barowsky Scholars program supports Maine students who want to strengthen careful listening, civic dialogue, facilitation, and negotiation abilities so they can become leaders who build trust and find common ground among people with different perspectives and backgrounds. Funded by the Andrew P. Barowsky Foundation and managed by The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI), the award offers a need-based scholarship renewable for up to four years, with a maximum total award of $25,000.
