Overview
A $1,000 scholarship is being awarded this year to a graduating high school senior who has a disability as defined by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Maine Special Education Regulations, Chapter 101, and who plans to pursue postsecondary education.

- Disability must be identified under IDEA and Maine Special Education Regulations, Chapter 101
- Intending to continue into postsecondary education
Selection priorities
Applicants demonstrating outstanding accomplishment in one or more of the following areas will receive special consideration: extracurricular activities, core-curricular achievements, volunteer service, academic performance, and leadership.
